Terms to commission me

• My terms

I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason

I will try to do any type of art but I am unfamiliar with furry art, mecha, Animal /mascot designs, Snouts, Armor, Mecha, Facial hair.

I will NOT accept Ai generated images as a reference. I do not wish to be associated with Ai generated images in any way. Anyone who submits a form using an Ai generated reference will be rejected and swiftly blocked.

Do NOT expect rigging I'm only just learning it and it may be awhile before I actually start selling rigged models

I CAN do character design but it will take longer

You must credit me as your artist on social media and your streaming platformYou must contact me if you decide to sell or rehome your model so I can keep track of who has ownership of my work.All Models include commercial rights for content purposes such as streaming and use on social media. They do NOT include commercial rights for merchandising or resale of the model files.You are not permitted to alter my work or to allow others to alter my work for any reason. Additionally you are NOT permitted to trace my work for any reason.In the rare case I stop taking commissions you may then request working files (psd/cmo.3 files) to continue to update your model with a new model artist or rigger.No person or company, including the commissioner, have any rights to mint or sell my work as NFTs or affiliate my work with NFTs in any way.No individual, brand or company, including the commissioner, are permitted to affiliate my work with Artificial intelligence(AI) in any way. This includes using my art for the purpose of training any form of AI to create any form of art. Should the commissioner be involved with using Artificial intelligence to create products, even if they do not include my art, they will be blacklisted from commissioning me in the future.If you break my terms of service or terms of use at any time, you understand that you will be blacklisted and put on my no-commission list, you will forfeit all commercial rights to your model to me.

1.Once you have confirmed your commission details and your commission has been scheduled; your slot will be secured on my Trello where you can track the status of your commission. You must be able to work with me when the starting date of your slot arrives.If you need to cancel or reschedule your commission you must do so at least two weeks before your commissions starting date. If you fail to give proper notice of cancellation, or are not responsive when your commission slot arrives your commission will be cancelled and you will be blacklisted from commissioning me.2.When your commission starting date arrives I will send you the invoice for your commission. Once the invoice is paid in full/Or 50% I will begin working on your model.3.Once the model art is completed I will supply you with the model art and any requested toggles for you to review. You may request up to 5 minor changes to the model art for free. Any large changes that are not due to an error on my part, or additional minor changes requested after the initial 5 will result a fee depending on complexity of the requested change.
